Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
